One Park Avenue is a supertall skyscraper proposed for the construction in DIFC, Dubai, UAE. The tower will have 99 floors with an expected height of more than 400 meters. The tower will cost AED 1.8 billion ($490 million) to build. The tower will consist of commercial, residential, a 5-star hotel, and retail outlets. The tower will be completed in 2013.
